My first sensor died on day 3. Second died day 4-5. Third worked perfectly through 15 days + 12 hours of grace. Placed the 4th sensor this morning about 6 hours ago, wild swings since then, about an hour spent altogether “below 70” which is absolutely not correct and no chance of compression, and now we are about a half hour into a “Brief sensor issue please wait up to 3 hours” period.
Why does Stelo suck so bad? Serious question. Is the technology hard? Like, to be expected because the challenge is just so hard? Or they just don’t care?
Why do I keep trying? Because the insights I get when it’s working and the new habits I am forming are helping me change my life and avoid diabetes. But a 25 percent success rate? And going through the gauntlet every time to replace one of their faulty sensors? It really sucks.
