Got my Alma bb bag - no feet!
My Alma BB in hazelnut just got delivered and the first thing I thought was if I flip this bag over and she has no feet I’m going to lose it and guess what - NO FEET.
I know someone about a week ago posted their pink alma also came without feet. I double checked the website again, it says feet. But the photos on the website don’t seem to show feet (bags flat on surface). & in the comments some people mentioned it being a website error but then FIX IT LV.
She IS gorgeous and Im debating a return because I do love it 😭 & the bags in perfect condition besides the feet thing. But this is a wild wild oversight on LVs part! For the price point & the website saying that’s what you’re getting and then you don’t, I admit I’m a little disappointed.
UPDATE: I opened a chat with LV on the site and this is exactly what she said after I voiced my concerns. “We greatly appreciate you bringing this detail on the website to our attention. I can confirm that this Alma BB is not supposed to have metal feet on the bottom. I apologize for any disappointment or confusion this may have caused”. Then when I went to respond the chat closed so I guess buyer beware if you anticipate feet 😳
