I'm having trouble with some forms. The issues I'm facing is that if I use the digital version to type in my information, there are some boxes that aren't long enough to fit all the text. It will just keep typing, and then when I click out of the box to go to another box to type, it doesn't resize what I wrote, it just cuts it off, so I don't know if I made an error or not, and I don't know if that's what will show up on the physically printed copy or the digital copy I send to someone. I already tried the scroll lock thing from Adobe, it didn't work.
Ultimately I need to print these out to hand sign them with a pen, as they don't accept digital signatures. I try printing out the forms, but it just reformats the page so it squishes it down and then when I go to fill it in by hand to fit everything in there I have to use really tiny writing to fit it. Which I'm concerned won't be legible if I scan it to send to someone for proof reading.
I've tried resizing it using scaling in the print window, with all different percentages, and it doesn't seem to work, it just cuts things off and prints them onto the next page. Because the clearance people are incredibly picky, every single thing in these forms has to be perfect. I've attached some pictures. The first one is from when I printed the forms out from a work computer and printer (that I no longer have access to) and the next two are from when I tried to do it at home with my equipment.
I feel incredibly frustrated at how simple a fix this must be but I can't figure it out, I feel like a boomer.
Please help me.
EDIT: The printer I'm using is an HP2855e. The driver under the Options and Supplies menu for the printer just says "4.0".
