I recently discovered that one of my external HDDs, a WD Elements 2.5" 1.5TB, has some bad sectors.
I attached the screenshots of the CMD where I ran chkdsk F: /f /r (sorry if it isn't in English) and CrystalDiskInfo opened after running the command.
I was wondering if there is a way to try to fix those bad sectors, have them "marked" so that they are skipped/not used and files are only written on the good ones.
Can this HDD be recovered/fixed or is it trashed?
Thanks
