Huge headache for the last 7 months. My 9th gen si goes into limp mode randomly. Code shows misfire on all 4 cylinders but the ignition coils and sparks are new. MAF is new and o2 sensors are new. New downpipe/cat too. Anyone help me out pls.

I drive and it randomly goes into limp mode. the VSA and the Power Steering light come on too.

I recently had a smoke test to check for vacuum leaks on my 9th gen si. It goes into limp mode randomly and has an off idle. The smoke was fed thru the intake. And it came out of the spark plug hole on cylinder 4. Or the one on the very right if you look at it from the front. It also came out of the MAF sensor, like around it. I have a K&N typhoon intake if that matters. Can anyone help me with how to fix it? Or if it’s normal.
