I live in denmark and tried bying my us partner a game only to find out theres region restrictions and she cant claim the game, so now i go to refund it and the clusterfuck of menus and directing me in circles is making me have no hope. I managed to navigate to the microsoft store purchases page where i can see that i purchased it but no where is there a button that says i can refund it? did i just waste my fucking money? cause this seems incredibly un userfriendly and scummy asf. THank you for any help <3
