My gears are functioning correctly, but they are rotational wrong. I want the gears to be at different rotational placements, but I don't know how to, as they're already in a gear interaction.

(Picture for context: I want the dark green parts of the gears to be reflection of one another, as in: assuming the left gear is correct, I want the other's dark green spot to be over the drawn red dot.)
