Conduit build - Hand holding the Conduit

Hi, I'm trying to find a conduit build I saw years ago. It was a hand coming up from the ocean floor, fingers curved over a conduit.

When I try to find it, there is only one video of it, from Grian, showcasing different conduit builds. There is no tutorial in that video.

I distinctly remember building one from a tutorial many years ago. Posting here, hopefully someone remembers, or can find it where I failed.
