Hi! My dr isn’t concerned about these numbers and won’t offer me anything. My mum has hyperthyroidism and gets b12 injections. I’m worried I’m going to go down the same path. What can I do to improve my numbers? I’m having challenges with eating and I’ve developed costochondritis because of that so I’m trying to eat more.
