Ok so basically I'm 20f. I work in a busy sports bar, I've been working there for 2 years now. There was originally 4 of us, but one of my coworkers left after the manager started getting verbally aggressive. A few weeks after this I found a bag of c*caine in the barrel room. I pretended I seen nothing as the guy taking it (I'll call him Kevin) is best friends with Steve (manager).
My manager went from being the kindest guy in the world to a miserable person. He would scream then apologise later but I eventually began to lose respect for him. He began to sabotage the bar by being rude, putting a sickening amount of alcohol in drinks, stealing funds etc. The owner started to get sus and he asked me to meet him in private. He told me Steve and Kevin have been taking coca*ne every night after I finish, that they're sabotaging the business etc. At first I said Steve would NEVER touch coke, but I started to add the signs. Why he was so happy then so mean after.
So yesterday during shift I watched them go down to the barrel room. Then I went down after they came up, I found a BUNCH of coke. I then waited to see who would go down first and my manager did. And then he was really high. But it gets worse. They're also taking laughing balloons on shift we found 2kg cannistwr. I told the owner about the cole I found. He's firing the both of them soon. I know snitching was bad but the boss already knew and they are both heavily addicted. It's only a few days yet until they're fired..
