Roof Age Estimate?

Hi folks,

I recently had a general home inspection done on a house I've tentatively purchased. I'm concerned the inspector got the age of the roof wrong in his report so I'm hoping for some input. I'm also happy for those with experience to tell me I'm wrong--I just don't want to inherit a mess if I don't have to.

-The inspector did not go on the roof. He indicated the roof was under 10 years old based off his drone inspection. He noted the roof was sagging due to a broken rafter under the low spot (visible above door in pic #2). Otherwise his opinion was the shingles were in pretty good condition.

Reasons I believe the roof is older:

-The selling realtor indicated the owner did not know the age of the roof. Her late husband handled all house related maintenance and I've since found out he died 2015.

-I flew my own drone up and noted that at least one of the plastic flashings appears to have a manufacture date of 7/05 (July 2005?). Are the flashings ever *not* replaced with the roof? I see online that they actually should be replaced every 15 years or so, so it should be newer than the roof, at least.

-On google street view the roof has not visually changed since they started driving the area in 2007. But I suppose it's possible they replaced brown shingles with brown shingles.

Thoughts? Thanks in advance.
