29 year old Male. I’ve been going through excruciating pain since January. Recently the doc said it’s an Anal Fissure.
I’ve lost 11kg since January:(

I bleed 2-3 times a week, and I’m scared to go when I need bm, I watch what I eat as I’m scared when I need to go, this in return has caused me loose weight and feel weak. Will this get better? Currently I have given up with life and cannot bare this anymore.

The doctors don’t seem to help, they have given me Senna Tablets, Anusol and rectogesic (glyceryl trinitrate).

I am based UK. Any advice or help from fellow sufferers will be greatly appreciated.
