Hello guys!

I'm looking to upgrade my espresso setup and was thinking about getting the Starseeker Edge 63mm Plus grinder. Right now I'm using a Breville Smart Grinder Pro, which honestly isn't great for espresso since it's not stepless, along with a Breville Infuser.

My original plan was to upgrade to a DF64, but unfortunately here in Brazil we don't have many good espresso equipment options available. (The Df64 is almost 4x the price of a Starseeker e55 pro)

Would upgrading just the grinder already make a huge difference in my setup? Or would it make more sense to get something like the Starseeker E55 Pro and try upgrading the espresso machine to a MiiCoffee Apex V2 instead?
