Post-review Account Review?
My 6 month review happened on April 18. I regained access a couple days later, so my current review period is April 19 to Oct 18. I didn't get upgraded to gold, but i knew this would be the case. On April 23 (give or take) I was put into "vine jail" where my Additional Items feed has no products, just a memo that my account is in danger of being closed.
The weird thing is, I'm at a 90% review rate with score of excellent. And my review count is at 27. How did I start the new review period with 27 reviews when i only ordered 2 items (1 of which hadn't arrived yet)?? Why am I locked out if my stats are good?!
I emailed CS and was first told it was a technical error on their end and that I'd regain access shortly. Nothing happened. I've emailed several more times: once I was given a canned response that literally just copy-pasted the rules of vine participation. The next time, CS quoted my email wording, saying "we're sorry for the inconvenience and understand your problem with XYZ", XYZ being the exact sentence I emailed to them 😅 and then just told me it'll be resolved quick. The next email said she spoke with her manager directly and that my account is in perfect standing. That I should just wait for an email with more info once the review process is over. I've sent screenshots of my account stats 3 times, and keep getting told I will receive an email shortly but to review more items in the meantime...except I can't because I have no products in my feed 🙃 Since being in jail, I've caught up on any lingering reviews-- all of which were approved successfully.
Soooo what the heck is going on?! Has anyone else experienced this? I feel like I'm talking to a bunch of bots and I'm getting worried I'll be kicked out of the program because I've been "jailed" for over two weeks. I've been a member since 2023 so I'm not new to the process but I've never experienced this post-review jailing. Any insights??
