I’ve been playing dead by daylight on my ps5 and my ping was bad, like I lagged out 2 matches in a row, which made me buy a cat5a ethernet, it made a significant difference. Some days I played great all day with minimum lag like ping going up for only a few seconds and then back to good.

Should I buy a cat6a? Would that change anything or is this just more of a router problem now and having a better ethernet won’t change anything?
