The pill: What happens if…?
I’m a little nervous about how strict the directions seem for taking the pill. Morning, empty stomach, 4oz of water or less, wait 30min-2hrs before eating or drinking.
What actually happens if you don’t follow each of these to a T? I’m just curious.
