Do not opt for the annual membership to save a few dollars
I repeat do not opt for an annual membership to save a few dollars. They use that as a tool to pressure you into not giving refunds on things that have been damaged, resolve disputes, and apply a perpetual $2.99 fee on future returns. If you want to cancel and ask for a prorated refund, they just won’t, they’ll cancel the entire membership and won’t give you a penny back.
The tone of reps on the phone changed drastically since I opted for annual membership instead of monthly. In monthly membership, they know you can walk away and share an account with someone else. Or just stay off it for a few months.
Annual membership you’re on the hook, so they treat you poorly!
