Some ideas for a Slender Man movie

These days i was thinking about some ideas that would be cool to see in a Slender Man movie and I'd like to share some of them. (Note: The further they go it'll get a bit "wilder" because i know some of these might be too much in idea or in practice.)

1. He should be on screen most of the time without us actually seeing him

One of his pages say he's always watching, so what if that was something that could actually be used? He doesn't need to be a constant threat, he doesn't need to always have a big influence on the scenario but i feel like he should be there on the background, mixing with everything so we never truly notice unless it's watched again or if someone pays close attention. This idea also came from the movie Hereditary, specifically from that mom scene where she's in the corner of the room.

2. The movie could be a mix between found footage and normal camera play

I feel like only one POV wouldn't quite catch the feeling of the threat Slender Man is. My idea is something like the Backrooms movie (at least what we've seen from the trailer since it hasn't released yet). Maybe we can have moments where we see from other characters perspectives just like in Slender: The Arrival with the tapes close to the end of the game.

3. It should be made by a "indie" studio

The movie needs to be made by people who know how to make things uncomfortable and weird. From what I've seen, some people are divided between liking and not liking the idea of A24 being the studio for the movie (I'm not sure why but i know you guys have your motives) but honestly? I think it would be better than what the 2018 movie was. It also doesn't need to be a famous indie studio like A24.

4. A "rework" of how Slender's powers work

This is a little more radical but honestly trying to adapt his powers from the games, specifically the static can be a bit hard (and of course some of the things from other media like Marble Hornets) so what i propose is that the static could be a way to show that he's not specifically killing people but rather taking their mind so they can become proxys. That could be seen from the different POVs like i said in the previous text from the cameras or it could be shown it happening to a person without it being exactly their POV. His tentacles could be used as something more menacing, maybe his arms could always be still, only using his tentacles to attack, grab and so on.

5. He shouldn't be exactly explained on how he works.

Personally i feel like that takes away some of the scary factor is when a monster is explained. Yeah some things will be understood on how he works, it's inevitable, but it should stay at that. He could do things that he's never done before just to throw the characters and the viewers off. He should remain a mystery as to what he can do and what his motives are.

I don't remember right now all of the ideas I've had but these are some. Feel free to discuss about some of these ideas and tell your takes on how to improve some of these!

Sorry if some words aren't being used correctly as English isn't my first language. If you don't understand something I'll do my best to explain it better!
