I will be attending the main campus next fall as a junior. I’m not a fan of driving, let alone on highways. Previously, I had been attending one of its branch campus that was closer to home.

While, I was supposed to attend the main campus this spring semester, I decided against it due to not feeling comfortable driving on highways and wanting to work on that during spring/summer break.

It’s a commute of 45 minutes depending on the highway conditions and whatnot.

And as we all know, gas is fucking high right now in Ohio. I will be attending classes from Monday to Thursday in the fall and I personally do not find the idea of spending around $100+ per week on gas pleasing.

So, would I just be better off staying on campus for my (hopefully,) last two years? Especially with gas prices? I am not a huge fan of being far from my parents but it’s not like I’m in a different state, but I am unsure if I want to go further in debt with dorm fees and everything when I can just commute and save money… which would have been fine and perhaps possible if gas prices weren’t so high, and I heavily doubt they’re going to lessen at this rate.

Also, thank you in advance for any advice given!
