balance disabled
i just received my first payment on payoneer but i wanted to ask about something peculiar. After the client paid, it showed on the timeline that the payment is being currently processed and it usually takes 1 to 5 business days, so I'm okay to wait its been 2 days by now but yesterday my currency balances started showing disabled which means even if the payment gets successfully processed, i wont be able to withdraw. I didn't get any email from payoneer about why this happened, like do i need to contact them to provide any verification?
One important thing to mention is that my payoneer account is very old like 5 to 6 years old but only now have i started using it and this will be my first payment received
