Will you still play Round 8's next game?

I'm not sure if post like this is allowed, but regarding recent news about their AI usage, i just wanted to know everyone's thought about their next game.

(apologies, english is not my first language. i write in my first language, my english writing can be really awkward.)

i started writing a book knowing nothing. (like, i didn't even know 'show, don't tell' rule.) and since then i have learned many things while writing my first book.

today, i discovered 'head hopping' that a third person omniscient POV can have. re-reading through my work, i found that my book has a severe head hopping issue. for example, POV changes like 3 to 5 times on one scene. (yes, it is insane. i know.) i looked back at all amazing books i have read recently, and i realized none of those books used third person omniscient.

i feel really stupid now. because i could prevent this issue before starting writing if i was more careful and did some researches.

so, my questions are:

  1. should i just continue writing before fixing it? i'm afraid that i might make same mistake again and again. i think fixing it can be helpful for my future writing. (or not..)
  2. do most of modern books use third person limited POV? should i change POV? (this might require re-writing whole draft. i'm not sure i can do that)
  3. any advice on fixing this issue will be really grateful to me.

edit: i don't know why i am getting downvoted so hard. i just asked questions i was curious about.

thank you for many advices! actually i'm almost halfway through my outlined story. words count is like 40k~45k, and i assume it will be 100k~120k when it is finished. (it isn't possible to get exact number because i write in different language). i have already fixed many issues that i have learned through writing. so i tried to fix head hopping too, but i'm afraid that i won't finish it. so i decided to just fix a few scenes and move on.

some people suggested to just not fix it, but i think it will be confusing and chaotic to readers.

about POV, i decided to just keep it. it is best way to tell my story.
