How to deal with a work thief?

I work at supervalu (as a shelf stocker idk if that’s relevant or not) and on many many occasions not only have I been robbed but also almost every single male has had something robbed off them from their bags and coats in the locker room, stolen items consist of vape juice cigarettes and countless countless instances of money being stolen, personally I’ve had €100 stolen from me just a few days ago, other colleagues have had amounts from €20-€300 stolen in one go, other occasions I’ve seen my bag wide open ran through and my coat pockets rinsed to look for anything valuable and even lockers being broken to see what’s inside. This has been going on for over a year and it’s only been males which means that it’s another male worker stealing things in the male locker rooms, I’ve told management about this many times from when I found my bag opened and clearly searched through to when I had €100 cash stolen from my wallet and all they say is “its your fault for leaving the valuables there in the first place” I’m not disagreeing with that fact it’s pretty much common sense but I think the workplace shouldn’t be a place where you’re constantly afraid of having your belongings stolen, management obviously cannot put cameras in the locker rooms and there’s nothing us workers can do either since we can’t keep watch if we’re actively doing work on the shop floor is there anything we can do as a collective (all floor staff members who have been a victim of this thief) to help stop and if possible find and give this thief what they deserve?
