I keep seeing these online and I'm curious if there's a software out there to help make these arrows and colour highlights?

I never had this problem before. I started chatting with a business page and the chat flashes the previous page and same with groups... As the picture shows, there is the menu to select which group chat that also flashes in the background... It's very jarring
