How are you managing customer relationships right now? Genuinely would love to understand best practice tips from you please.
How are others solving the "who do I call first" problem when you're working with limited time and no dedicated CS headcount?
I'd love to understand what data people are assessing, what emotions they're picking up from their customers and any particular tools that are working well. My data is scattered on various tech stacks so most of it gets pulled into a speadsheet which just doesn't tell the full story. It's taking me hours to do this and honestly I feel like most of the time it's too late by the time I have the data in front of me.
