Hi! My roommate and I are moving out of Boston and are looking to assign our lease to two people for a June 1st, 2026, move-in date. Our apartment is a really spacious, 2 bed 1 bath unit on the top floor of a building located in Cleveland Circle, Brighton. Rent is $2,800 total per month and heat is included. Gas (for stove), electric, and Wifi are separate costs. Kitchen has dishwasher and laundry is situated in the building. Each bedroom has its own closet, and there are two additional storage closets in the common areas. Within walking distance to Green line and BC shuttles, short walk to CVS, plenty of restaurants, and about a 15 min walk to Star Market. Street parking is usually fairly accessible for both resident permit holders and non-permit holders. Cats and small dogs also permitted with landlord’s permission! Message me if interested :)
