I saw lots of posts on social media about the XTeink X4 and finally decided to get one. It came broken out of the box. It would not charge but the charge icon in the top left (as shown in the second photo) was constantly saying it needed charged and quickly ran out of battery. Thankfully I had read reports that customer service was basically non existent and ordered off Amazon. I did a return and got a second one. This time it charged but the left side of the screen was messed up. Lines running through it vertically and parts that looked faded as shown in my first photo. I tried to post this to the XTeink subreddit and they banned me. Id stear clear of this. It was a cool idea just executed poorly.
