I just saw the coolest contrail starting at 10:40am, going straight up, then leveling off. Only have phone pics. I could faintly see a white craft. I googled to see if there was a SpaceX launch or similar today, but that is this afternoon in Florida. Help me figure this out. What did I see?

Lost male pittie looking for home on N 7th St by Jefferson Park. Several people are trying to gently catch him. Also knocking on doors with no luck. No collar. Hope owner sees this!
