approx how long does regular mail letters take from NY to CA? A letter was sent out to me on 4/24 and I still have not received it.

In March I purchased some 2 ethereums and I paid about a few bucks in fees. I recently purchased 1 and was charged 27 bucks, why is there such a big fee diff between last month's purchase and this month?

So I have been using a Wart Peel like treatment for my common warts, I have like 30-40 of them. It knocked out several, but some of them wont go away and sme have spread. I was looking into Candida and realised my insurance doesnt cover it. How much is this treatment usually, and how effective is it after 1 treatment?
