I am a woman, and haven't clue what I'm doing here- I need the mower to run before my husband is able to look at it! My 11 year old is mowing lawns for jobs and community service.

So bear with me!!

The mower deck, has a plastic piece that runs up over the wheels. This plastic piece covers the drive belt mechanism.

The screw hole cracked on this plastic piece- which I'm not finding a name for? But it seems to be blocking the blade. The pull cord is tight... and I'm hoping if I can somehow fix the plastic piece, it will free the blade allowing the pull cord to work?!

He was mid- mow and we heard a loud sound and thought he hit something. But I think it was the blade hitting the plastic piece. The pull cord hasn't worked since!

So I guess all I'm really asking here is:

- this sounds like a hopeful plan?!

- what might this (large) plastic piece be called??

- how might you fix the screw hole issue without a whole new piece? Or if it needs replaced... is someplace like Ace and okay place?!

it's a black max exi625

My church considered Sunday the Lord's day, and the day for rest.

However, sunday- we have to get up, get kids dressed and to church. Get home, have lunch and clean up. Put baby own for nap. I have to leave at 3:00 to get my older kids from their dads 40 minutes away. And then take them directly to church for evening service. We get home have dinner and go to bed.

There is very little time for actual rest.

I spent a day doing nothing on a Saturday one day.. and I felt so much better!!

Is there anything wrong, scripturally, about keeping sabbath and Lord's day separate? Idek if it would be a true sabbath, just really a day of rest for ME, and Sunday for the Lord?!

I'm a homemaking, homeschooling, mom of 4... without this day of rest (or even half a day) I "work" 16 hours a day, 7 days a week.
