Everyone here is helpful in decoding these in other posts, so I'm looking for a little advice. Wondering if the key here is that I need to wait 9 weeks from 3/5/2026 for movement?

Filed: 2/1/2026 with TaxAct

Identify verification letter: 3/2 completed online

Refund amount shown by IRS went down a few hundred dollars than what I filed.

Other details: Two W2 jobs and investment accounts. No business expenses. New dependent during 2025 tax year. State (NC) also owes refund that hasn't been processed.

History: On time filing for >10 years with minimal due or refund (always <10% of taxes owed). No penalties, child support, etc ever.
