I reported a person who was extremely toxic in chat up to telling people to (hang themselves) to ubisoft support and the only evidence i had was a screenshot with the guy's name. they then said action was taken but they could not provide me with more details for privacy reasons "lol" so my question is: How did they find this guy based off a name that thousands of accounts probably share since uplay does not require unique names? did they simply lie to me to close my ticket?
