Hey guys! i been sober for 7 days now YAYYY!!! the nausea is terrible terrible terrible 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ i don’t wish this on nobody but i been eating as much as i can and i try to drink a lot of liquids. i honestly haven’t had any crazy cravings for it, ofc i think about it here and there but nothing crazy. I threw up twice but the last time i don’t think it had to do with it because im currently dealing with seasonal allergies so i blaming it on that, my throat is sore, my nose is itchy so idk if the withdrawal has to do with that or its just regular allergies. i’m happy i been doing good and i hope everyone else is doing good too.
