I accidentally uninstalled my notes app. Can I get the files back?

I was uninstalling unused apps and like a dumbass accidentally deleted Samsung Notes, which I use all the time. Is there a way to recover the notes that were in it, or am I screwed? Not the end of the world, but it would be nice to still have them. I have an A13 5G

Seems like scissors, but I couldn't find any way to open them. Handle slides along the scissors, but the hooked and prevents them from going over enough to unfold it? Any ideas?
