I saw these oddities while exploring the city and they instantly reminded me of the Rain Walkers from 'Ghostwire:Tokyo'.
Am I mistaken or are these a direct reference?
Or is it that that Ghostwire and NTE both draw from an older inspiration. Regardless, they guys are cool as hell.
