Hi everyone I just wanted to share my recent experiences with the prize sweepstakes and not getting proper support from Microsoft Rewards Support and how I got it resolved to help anyone having potentially the same issues.I never received my paperwork for my prize for which my name was on the winners page and it said already claimed.There is a deadline line for this paperwork and if you decide to just wait it out your not going to get your prize and I'll explain.I have opened 14 different tickets over the last three weeks as every second day my ticket would get closed without an explanation or the explanation was the account associated is not linked with your issue.I provided them 14 screenshots inside the rewards dashboard showing my email name claim prize message error message it gave a video walkthrough on my PC of all the replication steps and a video recorded on my phone with the errors and steps and still my tickets were closed to the point I said screw it I gave up.But last night I decided I'm gonna try one last time but something different I contacted the vendor for the prizes seen on the confirmation page.I received a reply within 8 hours saying the link that was supposed to be sent was indeed expired.But I was provided with a new link I filled out my paperwork and downloaded the document to sign and now on my way to the library (don't got a printer) to print and sign and reupload the document to the site it sent me to upload it to. A new deadline was given to me of May 11th.Since we are not allowed to share website URLs here feel free to message me and I will give you the direct link to the vendors contact us page if you are having a similar issue.I also uploaded my document to AI in the bing app and it tells you step by step directions and if everything was filled out right and mine was.I will update this post when I receive my prize.
