Housing Waitlist FEB 13

I signed and fully completed the housing contract on February 13th and still no room? How is everyone getting notified if they are off waitlist and has anyone got off waitlist that’s completed the contract later than me?

RX 9070 XT PSU Connections

Thinking about purchasing a XFX Swift RX 9070 XT since they just went on sale for amazon and saw the power connections required were two 6+2 ports. My PSU Comes with one 6+2 connector and then a DUAL 6+2 connector. I was wondering if it was optimal to use the single 6+2 cable then the DUAL 6+2 cable for the GPU then have the other connector hanging down since my GPU only needs two connections? I’ve heard using a dual 6+2 connector gave insufficient power to higher end cards and was wondering if my idea would be sufficient? If anyone has done this what did you do with the extra connector hanging down from the dual connector?

Thinking about building a new PC and wanted the Lian Li V100 Mid Tower case and the AIO to be top mounted. Lian Li stated it supports 360mm for top mount but the LF III is a relatively bulkier AIO. Has anyone been successful when top mounting this AIO for the case?

Relatively new to PC gaming and got an old prebuilt from my girlfriend for free that she didn’t use (RTX3060, Ryzen 5 5600, 2x8GB DDR4). I get okay FPS on rust on extremely low settings I get around 70 with not the best looking graphics and i’m planning to upgrade soon but I am stuck between upgrading CPU or GPU. If I upgraded GPU I would want to go with the 5060ti but I’ve been researching that Rust is heavy on the CPU but I don’t see relatively high CPU usage on Rust. My fps does drop in higher pop servers and when passing large bases. I’m not sure what CPU I would consider I am stuck between upgrading to an AM4 X3D card or entirely switching to an AM5 setup. What upgrade should I make to see the biggest difference in my Rust performance?
