I am interested to know if anyone is currently working or has worked as Amazon VCS (WFH).

If yes, what when did you start your job and what was your starting salary?

When did you get your first salary increment?

Did you get option to do international process?

How tough is it to do the job? Is it tiresome and leads to burnout or manageable?

How is the work culture?

How easy or tough will it be for me to get chosen considering the fact that I've excellent command over my English?
