The house features a 3rd-story outdoor deck, shared concrete backyard, unfinished basement for storage, central AC and heating (2 units: 1 for the 1st level and 1 for the upper floor), dishwasher, electric stove, and in-unit washer and dryer.
Landlord is optimally looking for a group of 4-6 individuals to rent the house, with the other rooms being available to the tenants for any use they seem fit (gaming room, office, or additional storage space).
