I'm in the wastewater field working in the plants me and my coworker have been working good for the past 2 years at this plant I taught him the ins and outs so now another guy gets transferred to our plant and gives us the spill of "Don't Judge me on my past work history I'm starting fresh at this plant" So I said ok let's give him a shot right within 3 weeks he has been one of the most laziest, bitchy dudes that I have ever worked with it started off good then Boom then he tried to throw the seniority card in our face even tho I'm the Lead Operator Lol So we had a meeting with the Supervisor and he got chewed out about his antics and even put out an email about his work ethic. Come to find out that other side of town at the plant he had previously worked at he was always getting into it with other coworkers SMH Me and my other coworker have washed our hands of him and hopefully he'll get sent to another plant because teamwork and morale is everything but if your problematic that's a no go!💯
