2016 Camry SE 99k miles $12000

Atlanta, Georgia. Is this a good deal? Paid for a pre purchase inspection at a 3rd party shop and a leak down test. They said the car was in good condition besides front pads and rotors and a small valve cover gasket leak. My mechanic said roughly $900 to do front pads and rotors and fix the valve cover gasket leak

The appearance of the car is good condition I’d say with stains on the seats and minor scratches

Anyone else holding out on CSR for higher SUB?

End of last year there were targeted offers for 175-200k on the personal CSR. 150,000 is a solid sub for chase but I’m worried if I jump on it now, there will be an in branch offer later or even public offer later in the year around 175-200k.

Since chase moved to once in a lifetime language, anyone else holding out for higher?
