Good day! I just want to ask if it is worth to stay pa sa isang company. I've been in the company for about a year and half and the LOB is overload. For example, you handle all LOB's mapa-voice and chat pa. Guess what, the salary is not aligned with the workloads. Salary is less than 14,000 per month. I just want to get an advice if I should stay in that company or should I resign giving that I have an experience already? TBH it kinda drained me because of the workloads but my sched is day shift (that's the main reason why I stayed for about a year). Any BPO company reco within Cebu preferably IT Park? Thanks!
