Need some clarity from people working at or who have worked with in KPMG Mumbai/Pune.

I wanted to understand how office seating flexibility works in Mumbai since KPMG has multiple office locations there. Can employees work/sit from any KPMG office based on convenience, or are we restricted to a specific assigned office/location?

Also, how easy is internal relocation from Mumbai to Pune? Is it generally manageable or does it completely depend on the manager/project requirements?

Would appreciate genuine inputs from current employees regarding flexibility, work culture, and internal movement between locations.

Received an offer today from KPMG for an cybersecurity role and wanted to understand how flexible the HR/process team usually is with offer letter revisions.

I have already shared an email with clarification requests:

Joining date adjustment because my current company LWD overlaps with the mentioned DOJ by 2 days.

The offer acceptance deadline is Sunday EOD, 3rd May but since it’s the weekend, I’m not sure whether I should:

accept the current offer first and request changes later, or

wait for HR confirmation/revised offer letter before accepting.

Compensation and role look good overall, so mainly trying to avoid any process issue from my side.

Would appreciate inputs from people who have gone through KPMG onboarding.
