If you offer shelter on Odessen for the Duo from Tatooine, they appear on the Odessen.

I was looking for them since 7.8.1, but couldn't find them, so I guessed they won't appear or devs forgot.
It seems either I missed it or devs added them recently.
So cool!
I hate that duo so much, but I'm glad that my decision to take them them to Odessen made them appear on my base!
As always, I love that detail and want to more of it!
