Access Healthcare - ALABANG-PASAY FEEDBACK

Access Healthcare — BPO Job Seeker Awareness

This post is based on my personal experience, and I hope future applicants take the time to read this before applying.

I went through the recruitment process with Access Healthcare and successfully passed all the required steps. I was contacted by Janine Bernardo and was informed that my application would already be processed. However, my application got stuck at Step 3, and for almost a month, I never received any proper update from her or anyone from the recruitment team.

Despite sending multiple follow-ups, my messages were only seen and never answered.

What’s frustrating is that I invested a lot of time and effort because I was genuinely eager to work for the company. I even started inquiring about condominium accommodations near the site and cancelled other job interviews because I believed my application was moving forward.

In the end, I was left hanging without clear communication, professionalism, or accountability from the recruitment team.

To fellow job seekers: if you value your time, effort, and opportunities, be careful before applying to Access Healthcare. My experience with their recruitment process was extremely disappointing and stressful.

Recruitment teams should remember that applicants also make sacrifices and important decisions while waiting for updates.
