I have a new build and currently I’m waiting for their defect team to repair but I have a Vaillant Ecotec Sustain that is constantly cycling, as in gets to temperature then shuts down for 3/4 mins and then starts running what sounds like a pump despite no heating or hot water demand.

I’ve drained all the rads and no air came from any of them.

Is there anyway I can stop it doing this without turning the boiler completely off?

The thermostats (Thermaq) only appear to control heat?

Please could someone assist?
