Hey all — I’ve been trying to understand this better and keep seeing mixed advice everywhere.

For those who’ve gone through it, what made the biggest difference in getting your own sleep back (not just your kid’s)?

I’ve come across things like:

  • staying in “alert mode” even when things are quiet
  • sleep still feeling fragmented
  • not having a proper wind-down routine for yourself

Curious what matched your experience vs what didn’t.
