Recently i've upgraded from an i5-12400f and RTX 3060 to a i7-14700K and RTX 5070, i have updated the bios to a newer version because it wouldn't let me boot windows. After that i have used DDU to clean up the old drivers, and installed every new driver that was necessary.

Then i noticed i was getting a lot of stutters in CS2 (i was thinking it's building shaders because the gpu is new), but then in games like RDR2 i was getting around 40 to 50 fps with the default settings, when i was supposed to get at least 90-100 with the 5070. I have tried a completely new windows installation but it didn't help.
