I cobbled that together since Friday when I got my Controller.

Let's you use the new Steam Controllers Gyro with Emulators like CEMU or Eden.

Start the Emulator through steam to get the Virtual Controller and use the tool to get they Gyro Data over UDP.

Hope someone else finds it useful.
