Someone here recommended the lean beefpatty tutorial on these and I saw a cue I had not seen before in other tutorials and it’s this arching the back like in a cat/cow to engage the abs.

I have been trying to do these right for like a month but I’m still not sure I’m doing it right.
Any cues or recommendations?

I tried hanging leg raises with bended knees and resting the back on a pad but still couldnt feel the abs.

Any recommendations?

I know maybe I’m going too low but sometimes I don’t feel the stretch in the back of my leg if I dont go that low.

I don’t really know where the strength should be coming from.
