Prius 2008, 297800 miles.

Actuator gave out and brakes are locked. I’ve had the car for about 2.5 years and put in 70k miles. Now there’s a constant beep every time I turn the car on. Debating if the best option is to try and sell for around $1.5k and get a new car or fix the issue.

Any suggestions?

Hybrid battery was changed at around 230k miles, but I’ve been noticing a slight drop in my mpg. From 44mpg when I got it to 40mpg now.
